I've had a Melanurus Wrasse in quarentine for 4 weeks now, eats great, active yada yada yada. About 2 weeks ago I noticed one white dot on one fin, it looks a little bit bigger than ich plus he has been in hyposalinity the whole time. This dot never falls off and doesn't spread, if it was ich wouldn't the cyst have fallen off by now? Could it be something else?
