Tilefish experiences?

Looking for first hand info/experiences with keeping tilefish. Let me know if you were successful or not, fish behavior, tank-mates and food preferences.

i have tried the purple 4 times with no success the flashing tile had one for 3 months and i had a blue head tile for more then 2 years he just passed a month ago the problem with most tilefish is getting them to eat but once eating they will eat everything mine ate pellets and even flakes
