I have a 6 stage water general unit,
I will be changing the sediment, carbon, membrane filters. Do I need to change the 2 resin chambers ?????

Does anybody know a store in NYC where I can go and pick these filters up and a Phosban reactor???

I would check to see what the TDS reading might be. Who knows, it can be zero and you can save on purchasing new media for it. Why would you want to change the media without knowing the TDS reading?

I was told to change all the filters when a person gets one of these units used, so my question should have been ... Is the resin considered a filter ????? And what store could I get it from that's in new York city ???

I haven't heard of them but they are all pretty much the same. If you picked it up second hand I would replace the sediment filter (get extras), the carbon blocks and resin (get color changing resin so you know in the future when it has to be replaced). Where is the RO element I don't see it in your picture and how many gallons per day is it? Try getting in touch with Tito (shoot him a PM) from Gotham Aquatics, he is a vendor here and a very cool guy with good prices. Let him know what you're looking for and if he doesn't have it he can get it for you.http://www.manhattanreefs.com/forum/gotham-aquatics/87912-dry-goods-item-list.html
