I need help once again. I just bought a T-12 retro kit and installed it with the built in reflectors in the bulbs but I need more. These things throw off a lot of light and Marine Depot only has T-5 reflectors. Anyone know where to get these or do I have to buy some aluminum and make my own?

I will be more specific, Im looking for single wide T-12 reflectors because my lights are mounted in a single row of two x2. And I do have the bulbs with built in reflectors but when theses are on it hurts your eyes.

Since VHO's have their own internal reflector, the light spilling above the light is just the reflection probably from the water surface. I wouldn't buy any special reflector for the T12's, instead, you could just paint the inside of your canopy white, or if you really wanted to DIY, use some mylar reflective film so that light gets reflected back down again.
Mylar is a mirror-like film usually used in hydroponics, but I don't know how it withstands salt creep.
