I upgraded my calcium reactor so I now have a korallin 1502 sitting around since it wont sell for 1/3 of what it cost I figure why not set it up as a biodenitrator .
I havnt had any nitrate issues I dont even bother testing anymore because for the past couple of years my nitrates were always <5 but I guess I should test again.
My questions are:
If you run a biodenitrator can you reduce amount of water changes ?
Are there any negative effects of running a biodenitrator ?
