Where to get radium bulbs

anyone know a store or a website that sells radium 20k se 250w for cheap and will stand behind there customer if it was to ever be a bad bulb like the 400 watt ones arE? I relle want to get rid of these reeflux 12k bulbs there so old and clearly go from a 12k from when the bulb first lights to a 10k or less later on in the day.

With regard to buying online, I've had good experiences with Reefgeek and Premium Aquatics; in my opinion, both have solid (if not excel in) customer service.
