Koralia Evolution 750

Hey all!

I'm looking to buy new powerheads. Anyone have experience with the Koralia Evolution series? I want to buy for my 40g breeder. Don't know if two 750's would create enough flow or if I need 1 or 2 1050's.

What do you think?

I have koralias two of them are the first model 1400 and one 1050 the newer one feel almost as powerful as the 1400 I will go with two 1050 as you corals in the tank and they grow it will be too little of flow!! Good luck

my personal advice for u is get a mp40 ir at least a mp20 , remember the pump is out side so the tank has less heat and u get well spread flow

The new K series is awesome. The two 750s should create plenty of flow in a 40g. I ran 2 1050s and a K2 in my 75g and it was pretty great flow.

I just brought a Koralia Magnum 6UL, which does 2,200 gph and used 10watts. It's larger than the regular Koralia, basically just more rounder, and does a really good job of moving water.

I ordered one 1050 to use with my other powerheads to get a feel for what it can do.
