UVL out in T-5 in Current Extreme Fixture

So I have the 18" two-bulb Current T5 fixture and did the pre-order on nanotuners for the UVL bulbs. The first set of bulbs that came in were shorter than 18", but I took them anyway. Now it seems one of them doesn't work...I tried the different inputs or whatever but nothing...it does get hot though. I contacted nanotuners, but awaiting word...any ideas? This bulb has been running maybe 2 months. Thanks~

qhwn you try a diff bulb in that position does it fire up? Ive heard of a few cases where one or two bulbs on a nova extreme failed. Current is really good about replacing the fixture when this happens

yea i checked with the bulb that works and it works in both slots

so does the possible deffective bulb work in the other slot ? if not then the bulbs is no good

yea ive deduced the bulb is no good. ive tried different slots, dancing around with it...nothing has worked to get it working haha...and it is hot so power is going to it
