RO/DI acting up

Hello,
The production of filtered water from my RODI unit has greatly diminished over the past few days. I changed the membrane about 3-4 months ago, and just last week I changed all the filter media (carbon/sediment membranes and DI Resin). I have a water pressure gague, but it is not hooked up. However, my water pressure has always been fine, and the pressure seems consistant. What gives?

My only guess is that perhaps something is clogged in one of the water input/output lines. Just wated to see if anyone else has any other ideas before I take the whole unit apart. Thanks.

If the gauge isnt hooked up then it may not be anywhere near the optimal and you wouldnt know it but if it produced for you was good enough I guess- but if you have the gauge might as well hook it up--if the problem started after a recent change-you refilling the resins start there see if its seated right and if theres anything wrong with the resins you redid. Other than that I dont know what to tell you. Hope you find out what it is

You may not be able to see a clog if it's deep in a hose. Put the pressure gauge on your input and take a reading, then move it in between each chamber and see where the pressure loss is.

Thanks Guys. Beerfish that is a great idea. It must be something clogging a hose or something else. Guess I just have to take it apart.

They could also be doing some water main maintenance near you and have caused a loss in pressure.
In my current apartment, when I moved in the pressure was at most like 40-50 psi, but recently in the last month something changed around me and now i'm getting 70psi.
