lighting schedule

I have a T5 light with a timer on it and it is a FOWLR tank, just wondering what times i should set the timer for. e.g Actnitics,10k, LEds all on separate timers, i have the acnitics coming on 2 hres before and turning off 2 hours after my day lights and LEDs on all night.

Should i change my light schedule?

I do 12-on-12-off, with the actinics running for one more hour in the morning and night than the daylights. But, frankly, with a FOWLR, it's not that important.
