hey all , question with powerbrite leds.. making link longer?

hey just got my powerbrite linking module and i need it to be a longer link...is there anyway to do this? buy a new link? longer? anyone see any posts about this anywhere?

yo all yo uhave to do is take the linki it came with and run to radio shack and see if they havr the same one that is all. but longer

i use 3 on my 24 jbj... does the job haha. The small linking cables definitely get annoying

might be able to get the same gauge wiring and splice it in the middle leaving the connectors attached to the ends so you do not have to mess with it.

I already did it. I found the exact wire and added 16 inches too it so I could run one on each side of my solana

I soldered and shrink wrapped it.

They will both be forsale once I get my LEDs

lol i like the power brihts for the simple of running them at night for some led blue light to light up the coral that is about it

For lighting up the corals at night I use the 36" icecap led tube. Picked it up at nerac last month. Not only does it do a nice job but its less money than the powerbrite strips and clips on to the back of a coralife fixture quite nicely with the supplied clips BTW suggested retail is $80 for a 3' tube.
