30A, 3V LED Driver?

Both of my Pharos LED lights were shut off by my wife and when I turned them back on they did not light up nor did the fan power up.

Does anyone happen to have a 30V, 3A LED Driver they could let me borrow to see if my problem is with the power bricks? It is odd that both would die, but I was having problems with one of the lamps powering up after them being turned off, so it could be that it just happened to both.

I put 30A instead of 30V..

I am still in need of these. Just had major surgery, so can't afford new lights for a while. But would be great if I can get my current lights to work. Right now only half of my tank is lit up...
