advice AI hydras hanging over 210 gallon

I just picked up the 3 AI hydra 52 hds
whats the best way to hang them over a 210 gallon, 6 foot tank
do you guys use ext rails or just 3 single hanging kits?
If you use the rails what size do you guts use
any input would be great

When you use rails it tends to be more stable. Meaning, pointed straight down
