Not sure what will grow with my light setup

I have a 29 gallon tank that is 13" width 18" tall. Has 1" of sand and about 20lbs of live rock. The lighting is the issue since I'm not sure what will grow in the tank. I want to grow LPS middle to bottom and SPS middle up. Dual T5ho with ATI blue + and coral +, as well as x2 24" to 36" Current USA orbit marine led(not pro). If I can't do SPS and LPS what can I do?

I would say u would be OK def for lps,and most likely sps try a few easy prices first
