Help me choose my future light

My tank build wont start till august but i am starting to get all the parts needed before doing a full build on here. What i need help with is picking out the lights. I do not have a controller (don't really care for one just yet either) and i plan on keeping LPS (acans and Blastos) softies and mainly zoas. i'm between two lights right now to hang over my 57 Oceanic Rimless. I'm really not trying to spend a lot any my budget for the lights is $400.00. What do you guys think?

I have two (2) reefbreeder photon 24 on my 180gal. I am growing LPS, zoar and now I. Introducing SPS. All is well. Easy to program especially your desired sunrise/sunset.

Don't know much about arctv 247 but if this is programmable then it's a good contender against reefbreeder.
