Canopy fans

I've recently installed a retro kit into my canopy and the fans are driving me crazy. I'm looking for 80mm (3in) fans to use in the canopy that are quiet. I'm currently running 120v fans. Looking for suggestions on what everyone is using if you like them.

Grab a couple of dc computer fans and an adjustable power supply.
