Emergency mp10 stopped working, question regarding the propeller.

Hi guys
yesterday my old (out of warranty)mp10 stopped working. I already tried googleing the flashing colors to see what they mean. My question is this, I can't remember if the wet side propeller should spin easily or since is magnetized it should feel hard to spin.

It's supposed to feel a little tight and even spin not wobbling but some LFS give life time warranty just make a new receipt I changed my mp40 a couple of times like this

I bought it used a couple of years ago, it's the first model. So it looks like the wet part is ok, i am thinking it might be bearings inside the motor.

The bearing is fairly easy to change I just recently did it on mp10. There's a couple how-to vids on youtube.

It should spin fairly easily. I had one do something similar and it was because I never cleaned the thing. After a good cleaning and soaking, it started working again.
