Tunze DOC 9004 Skimmer

I have the Tunze DOC 9004 skimmer in my tank and I love it. However, I read somewhere that you are supposed to clean the foamer periodically, but I can't find any information on how to clean it. Any Tunze owners out there that know what to do? I emailed the place I got if from and got no answer. I'd appreciate any help....

I never cleaned mine but maybe I should have. I would just use white vinegar and water like 50/50. Then rinse it out and let it dry. Tap will be fine.
