I bought a used Proflex sump awhile back. I was in a rush when I picked it up and didn't check. Shame on the guy who sold me a cracked sump that wasn't stated. Anyways, can it be fixed for me to use? I really like the sump setup and would like to use it but I want to make sure it is safe to do so.

Does anyone have experience with it? Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

yes, he had silicone the crack. I did a leak test and passed. But like with any crack, water will find its way out sooner or later. The sump is Proflex Model 3 I'm pretty sure, so it's acrylic.

I checked it many times. The crack seems to be only on the bottom. Do you know anyone that does this? Can I bring it to get it done? I dont trust myself with this kind of stuff, esp knowing that water can be all over the floor when I wake up.
