Skimmer help

My Tunze9002 is just not staying tuned. One day ill get great bubbles and the next, well i get nothing. This is in a 10g sump for a 29g tank. Anyone have any ideas for an affordable skimmer that would fit the needs of a light loaded (currently) reef?

does the area the skimmer sit in stay at a constant level with no flux ?

Skimmer is sitting in the "drain" area of the sump so everything is always on the right spot. Set up the Tunze 9002 a few inches above the line as was recommended


No clear shot of the sump on me now. can take one when i get home though
