I have gotten a new system and believe my membrane probably 25-50 GPD, being that my flow restrictor reads 550. I really need a higher GPD membrane and from what i read the flow restrictor needs to be changed too with a higher membrane upgrade.
I am new to these filters and a bit confused with the membrane types and what parts i should change, so i was wondering if anyone knows of a store in Brooklyn i could maybe bring my unit to get it checked and maybe do the upgrade? If anyone is familiar with the filter in the pic and knows what flow restrictor/ membrane i would need and also a good online source, it would be very welcomed!
My system has no brand name on it, and all canisters are new and working well, with no clogs. It is a 5 stage, and i have enough pressure so i know that is not why im getting low product ro. Im positive my membrane is low GPD.
