Avast Swabbie and Davy Jones Skimmate Locker

Like a really need to spend more money on this build. It's looking great but its costing a pretty penny to get it where it is. I've tried to make this setup as maintenance free and automated as possible. So this should be the last of it.

I will be trying to buy a Avast Swabbie and Davy Jones Skimmate Locker for my ATB 840 v2 Skimmer. Do any of you use these products, Any feed back will be greatly appreciated.

i have both.....great additions to a skimmer.
im able to let my skimmer go for up wards of 2 weeks without touching it
also the skimmer locker is a great way to prevent skimmer overflows

Does the skimmate locker really keep the smell out of the house.

i dont smell anything from mine...its tightly shut and has a small container with carbon to strip any smell on the top.
