Bubble Magus BM-T01 doser problem

I bought this doser off a fellow MR member not to long ago never programed it but tried the manual setting when it first arrived and the pumps worked great. Finally got to programming the device today and noticed the Clock does not move. It stays on the same time I set it up at hence it doesn't want to dose. Has anyone else had this issue? :banghead:

Nobody? I emailed BM but from what Ive read online I'm not holding my breath on them responding.

If anyone cares I ended up sending the unit to sea side aquatics. The cover all BM warranty work. The unit was bad and needed to be replaced.

So you don't know if it was like that when you bought it or after. What did the seller say?

So was it repaired? Or a total loss?

That sucks man. On a positive note, SSA took care of the issues. Hopefully the unit was under warranty still?

I don't think it was that way prior. I can only guess the brains of the doser got messed up in shipping. I contacted the seller and he went out of his way to help me so.... It was out of warranty buy 9 days they wanted to charge me $150 for a replacement but in the end only charged me $25 so I cant complain.
