powerhead suggestion for a 14g biocube

Im doing some upgrading to my reef...finally going to throw out those crappy stock power compacts; just ordered a LED lighting upgrade. Now Im looking for suggestions for a good powerhead (as the main pump)because I know nothing about powerheads. I replaced the stock oceanic long ago because it crapped out or something, don't exactly remember anymore. I just want something quiet, reliable, and average flow.

Quiet, reliable and that doesn't add heat would be good too imo.. My maxijets were quiet and reliable but heated up my nano too much.

I didn't think of that, however, im going from lighting that added an insane amount of heat to the tank to lighting that adds almost none at all. I am thinking I may need a heater now...
