Apollo Reef "Solar Blast". Good/Bad, opinions?

I was thinking of ordering these for a 225 30" deep tank. Anyone have them? Are they worth it? Are the fans noisy?
How many for a 6' tank?
Seems like a great price if it's a quality product.

I have there older model, the new ones are better. They are good for the price, 3 for a six foot tank.

There is someone selling the older models here and on jersey reefs. Three in fact, great price too. Check it out. Non-dimmable thought. If that concerns you. I also had one of the originals without moonlights. I liked it very much. Had it on a 20 high it was just too much light so I had to replace. You won't be disappointed.

I have two of the dimables over my 120 and am very happy with them.. Three would be good over your 6 foot tank. The only complaint that i have is the moonlights are very bright and not dimmable, and but I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.

Thanks guys. I'm not ready for $800 per unit leds yet. It seems like these are a very capable unit for a reasonable price.

I also found the moonlights to bright i dont use them i use something else for the moon lights.
