Question on Calcium Reactor

just wondering if you can take out the media in a calcium reactor and reuse it.wtll only be out of the reactor for an hour.i want to clean it out and i still have alot of media in the reactor.

yeah, as long as its not mushie and fall apart on you... use RO water

x 2..done it many times and I just rinse it good with the water taken out during a water change. I use ARM coarse which doesn't get too mushy.
