How often does the rodi have to replaced? My tds is reading 13! al my filters have been replaced including the membrane and its still reading 13! Using a HM DIGITAL tds-3 meter. Maybe my meter broke or the rodi not sure which? can someone point me the right direction here?

Something sounds wrong. Would check tds meter first by borrowing someone else's, borrowing some water from them, or testing distilled water from the store.
Is the di resin fresh? Check the water as it exits the ro, but before hitting the di.
These steps should get you pointed in the right direction.

did you also replace the di-resin. if you did i would check that meter and if the meter is not broken i would flush the rodi if you havent already.

Did you run the ro/di? After i replace membranes and filters, i flush for about 30mins, then turn on the filters for about another 10 gallons before i use it.
and flushed the rest!

Membrane will only remove 96-98%. The Di removes the rest.

How old is the membrane housing? if you pry the membrane out and you crack the small button it pushes into (where the rubber piece inserts into the housing) it could be leaking tap into the RO output.
Not likely, but fixed it for me when i had the same problem. I think they are like $15

In lower Westchester, TDS from tap is ~40; ~4 after RO; 0 after DI

ALSO my tds meter is accurate i went to my friends house last night (H20) and he checked my water and it showed 4. So i need something to kill this down to 000000. Im pissed off my lps tank doesnt mind but the sps in the other tank arent growing at all.

DI is a 5th chamber, after the RO membrane. It can look like regular canister, or something else. It is the deionization chamber. Takes out the last few TDS from RO water. Look at Marine Depot or any such site.
