All you need is a Penguin filter (I'm using a 150), a lamp,
and the media holder things from two aquaclear 20's (or you can just take some plastic mesh and do basicly the same thing, I used the media holders because I had them lying around)
You just jam both of the media holders into the penguin upside down and mount the light on the filter. The macro algae and/or live rock rubble goes unde the upside down media holders.
Here are some pics. I'm gonna get some macro algae tomorrow.
