Acrylic thickness???

I have a square acrylic sump (20"x20"x18" 1/4"thick) and would like to know if I can use 1/8" acrylic to section off the inside of the sump (skimmer area, baffles and refugium)? I don't see much pressure building up on these panels since they will be glued on three sides and most will being bisect each other creating "Ts".

Its too thin, go with 1/4
