For LPS anyway I feed them whatever I feed the fish. Mysis, Plankton, Cyclops, Formula's 1 & 2, etc.. This gives them a nice varied diet which I believe mimics their probable natural feeding tendencies. This probably would NOT work for SPS as the partical size is too large.
I use omega one veggie & brine flakes mixed also mysis & brine shrimp also soak food in 5 drops of vita chem as for coral they eat the flake n shrimp but I also use rotifeast and oysterfeast 2x a week and seachem(aquavitro) fuel for a supplemental for corals but I heard it drops orp that's why I only use once a week any one c any thing wrong please let me know thanks all
I feed a mixture of fauna marin zoa food oysterfeast and brightwell zooplankton is what I feed my corals as for fish I mix it up aswell rods fishfood pe mysis and spectrum pellets
Nothing in particular other than feeding my fish heavily several times a day with a variety of things. I do on occasion dump some coral food or other ( most of them named above) in when someone gives me something to try out, but I can't say I see any difference in the health or growth of my animals when I do.
I think LPS dominated systems need to worry about feeding a lot more than systems like mine which are SPS dominated.
