Can I affix corals ( I was thinking monti plates but basically anything that normally wouldnt grow up the glass itself ) to my tank walls or overflow box using glue or epoxy or anything else?

it may be easier to glue the frag to a small piece of rock 1st then glue the rock to the wall or overflow.

This would make it harder to get it to stay attached to the glass. The rock/rubble is just going to add more weight to the frag.

I've glued frags to the glass before using just glue, it works but they were all small frags. I've seen posts where people attach magnets to the bottom of the frag and then attached them to the glass with a glass on the outside to hold it up :), it would be like gluing a frag to a magfloat.

I kind of figured glueing wouldnt be the main problem. I'm really more concerned about the weight of the frag as it grows. Would it eventually break off from the weight?
