I have been testing different things with my lights and water quality and during this testing my Green Montipora Capricornis Blue Polyp grew 1cm in 1 week. Pics will be posted soon. I havent see this kinda growth in this tank

I have examined my T5 lights and their placement for a while.... Trying to work out the best out put for growth.
Right now my lights are set up as follows:
Back: 39W AquaBlue Plus 10month old
1st Mid: 39W AquaBlue Plus 10moth old
2nd Mid: 39W Aquablue plus 1.5 month old
Front: 39W URI 1.5 month old

pH:8.4
Temp:80-81F
Calcium:460
nitrates: 0
phos: Some existent

Running
Aqua remora pro+In sump
Fuge
Phosban

Dosing

2 weeks since Kalk as a top off. Runs more at night (2 teaspoon/3 liters) . Slowly drips during the day (1 tspn/3liter).

Feeding

Prior overfeeding... Down to 1nce a day frozen cyclopeez, marinesnow.

many, like thin branch/plate acros/monti,xenias,leathers,most mushroom,etc.
3 types of corals i am always trying to hold back are:leather, xenia and mushrooms.
grow rate however is a relative term. many try to induce grow no matter how fast it grows.(ie blue coral method):smile:

A. Millepora are the fastest growing acropora for me under T5. Still not as fast as Digis. Before you know it you will be practically giving digi frags away just so they don't use up all your valuable space.

Digis and Caps where the first SPS i tried...Now i am considering getting rid of them to make more room for Acros.. :D

i have mainly digis under my t5s and one acro for now.. the digis grow super fast and the acro is new but has full polyp extension and colors are amazing. i will let you know in a few weeks on how the growth is for the acro under my aquascience bulbs which are truely amazing.. thanks wes
