I got a rock from Brenden (Chiefmcfuz) not too long ago that has a toadstool leather and a devils hand leather on it. Upon my return from vacation, I noticed that the devil's hand leather looks better than it ever has, but the toadstool leather (which previously looked gorgeous) has shrunken and is not extending its polyps.
The rock is currently placed in an area of moderate flow. They were previously in an area of lower flow, but I moved them to an area of higher flow and they seemed to both be doing even better - more polyps extended on the devil's hand, and the polyps on the toadstool got even longer.
They are very close together on the rock and tend to touch each other.
Given this information (I can post photos once I manage to find my camera in all of my baggage), are there any suggestions for saving it? It doesn't seem to be dead yet, but something should be done very soon.
