So, last week I had the infamous "no sample water" error. It turned out that it is fairly easy to clean. And according to that video, this is what the Neptune technician would ask you to do, so here we go.
Mine was a bit more problematic, as there was dirt stuck in the manifold. But using tweezers it is easy to remove all the little tubes, then since it is a 6-way, you can push the dirt out with a tiny needle by using the opposite entrance. Worked like a charm. Putting it back is also easy with tweezers.
