L LeslieH1 Experienced Reefer Mar 20, 2007 #2 Not harmful, although some people feel that they irritate corals. Here's some pictures of a species that prefers to live on leathers: http://wetpixel.com/forums/index.php?sh ... ctenophore And one that lives on soft bottoms: http://wetpixel.com/forums/index.php?sh ... ctenophore Like their pelagic cousins they catch food - mostly small crustaceans in their case - with their 2 retractable pinnate feeding tentacles. There isn't much info on them nor are there many species. Do searches on Coeloplana & Lyrocteis for more info.
