A couple questions...

Hi,
I recently found a few hitch hikers in my tank. They are definately some type of starfishes, but I don't know what type, and are they are keepers or not? Here they are...

And...

(They are actually 2 different critters. Not 2 pics of the same one.)

Next is a question:
Sometime ago I got some snails in my tank that reproduced a bunch, apparently. Do I need to be concerned about these?
Here they are near my Queen Conch...
