Looks like Caulerpa L. Gonzalez to me. This is not the best algae for a refugium. It grows voraciously. It can overtake many others algae and is not that stable. If you do not harvest it enough, have a swing in water chemistry, or do not keep proper lighting parameters it can go sexual and start to deteriorate. It will release all the nutrients it absorbed and start to fall apart. If you want to keep it try using 24/7 lighting for stability, harvest often, and watch it's color. It starts to fade to a clear white color rip it out pronto. I like Chaetomorpha sp. myself. Grows fast and stable.
