What the heck is this!!

My tank is getting very health, the past 2 days I have seen a huge increase in Coraline algea growth, feather duster eggs(?), aiptasia is growing quicky now (got a pepperment in there), etc..

Tonight while the lights were off I took my small pen light and found this work like thing swimming around. It is maybe a little less that 1/4 inch long, reddish orange, flat like, it moves quickly.

This might be the larval stage of what is called a Palolo (sp?) worm, I forget the exact name. I found one of these once as well, they wriggle like crazy. I removed mine to take pics and ended up chopping it in half on accident.
