Can anyone name this snail? please...

OK, i had like 4-5 for the longest time they started out pretty small, now they are about an 1.5-1.75 inches long.. Then last night after the lights had been out for a while, i peeked in and saw about 30-40 cruisin the tank..If they are bad i need to get em out now!!

All snail reproduction is limited by available resources. If you can control the amount of unicellular algae building on the sides of your glass & rock, you can therefore prevent any single animal from over-inhabiting.

Or you could borrow a puffer

It's a species of conch. I had one for awhile till the pseudochromis tasted it.

Thanks, but is it a good snail? or is it going to grow to 10 feet long and kill my family while we sleep!?!?! J/K...really though, good or bad? you know?

P.S. I'm not worried about the factors that contribute to reproduction. Thanks anyways.

Good. Mine eats cyano, hair algae, poop, just about everything gross.
