Found this guy late last night. Must have been a hitchhiker on the rock i picked up this last weekend.

1-what is it?
2-is it safe to keep in reef tank?
3-do i want to keep in my tank?
4-if not, would my triggers eat it?

Any info will help.
It scated the heck out of me, wasnt sure what it was crawling on the rcok.
Its 3/4in wide and just over 14in long. ouch!

Bristle worm.I remove them from my tanks when I see them, but some folks don`t.A banded coral shrimp will help to clean them up if you don`t want them in your tank.

Are you sure that's a fireworm? I thought they had red bodies with white setae...?
