Litter critter on the glass of the tank

there are over 50 little creatures size 1mm, like as a live sand, it moving and flicking on the glass of my 20 gallons tank, .... does anyone have any ideas of what creatures that i'm talking about... if anyone does know it, please let me know, thanks... does the creatures in my tank harm fishes or it helpful.?

Sound like copepods to me. If that is the case, they are helpful to your tank and a good sign that you're on the right track.
