Hi All
Went down to check on my fish post lights out- my tang and goby had a tiff furing thier evening meal, wanted to make sure they calmed down. Saw my brittle star on the left side of the tank... and the right... hmm. Upon closer inspection, it turns out I have a huge worm in the tank.
Looks like the fire worms in this article, which is a link of the hitch-hiker FAQ page here:

And its a whopping 14 inches. Yes, it even stretched itself alongside the glass so I could measure. This is in a 30 gallon tank, and it does contain an orange diamond sand sifting goby. Should I be worried about this? He has been in the tank quite awhile already, with no fish deaths to speak of. Still, I do not want anything poisonous/dangerous in the tank, within reason of course.
Let me know if I should rid my tank of this beast.
