How fast are they spreading in your tank? I am betting my money that they are Anemonia Majano, a close cousin of aiptasia. They typically are brown, but sometimes with green morph with light silver/blue hue when viewing at certain angle.

If they are indeed Majano, you will need strong kalk paste to smother them, and may require repeated application to eradicate them. If you were able to take rocks out and brush it clean off the rocks, you could. But it seems it's not an option in your tank. I do not know of any reef-safe fish that would eat them, but have heard copperband butterfly would. If not removed, they tend to sting all corals surrounding them.

I second danmhippo, they are majano anemones. Start physically killing them whenever you see one. A LFS has a 225 display tank that is loaded with them, so many that they have killed off encrusting monti's. I don't know of any fish/critter control for them...
