What are these, also good or bad?

I'm new to salt water and have just been getting my first tanks setup. It's been interesting watching the life on the LR. Noticed a few things on there that I'm wondering about, since my knoweledge is very limited (read: i know nothing) I figured I'd post these pictures and maybe you can help me figure this out.

i'm guessing this is an aiptasia, but again, i know nothing, and this is just based on what i have been able to find.

have not a clue what this is, or wheter it is good or bad. it closes up at night but not completely into the rock, the arms just close into the cup.

thanks for your help, and sorry for the poor first picture, but this thing likes to swing around in the current and it's next to impossible to get a well lit picture witout leaving the shutter open for about .25 second.

Top photo is an aiptasia anemone, generally best if you quell those when you find them. Mix up some kalkwasser paste, swuirt the paste onto the tentacles while they are open and it will contract around the paste, causing it to get burnt. Or touch it so it retracts into its hole, then shove some paste in on top of it.

The second appears to be a zooanthid polyp. Those are good, so I'd leave it.

Yup, kill of #1 and Keep #2. There are several methods for erradicating Aptatias. Anything from needles to clak aste. Do a forum search for Aptasias and you should find many, many different options... Don't wait too long, they reproduce rather quickly and will cause you a major headache if left unattended.
