Can anyone ID these

Hi... I am new here and have been doing a lot of reading, but have not found anything similar to these,They have about a half inch orange/brown long stalk and a head made up of alot of little white balls which will eventually break off and disperse,This is the second time they have developed their heads.

I have never seen that thing before, but to me it looks kinda like this:

Maybe it is deflated because it is not under the lights. I would guess that if you place it up facing the lights it may inflate. You may need to feed it as well assuming it is what was pictured.

Well it's been about 12 hours since I took the first pic and during the night they shed the bubbles, This is what happened the first time I noticed them, They should have their heads back in a couple of days
