tiny white thing- Aiptasia? sea star? pod?

There are 10 little white blobs on the glass of my reef tank. They have a white center and white transparent legs (about 10-12 legs, it's hard to tell). They are about 1 millimeter in diameter. My first reaction was that they are aiptasia, but after looking them up I am not so sure. I remember seeing something that looked similar (hydro something I think). Someone told me they might be jellyfish like pods, but they don't move at all except for their legs/tentacles.

Well anyways, I am hoping that you knowledgable people will be able to id this creature for me and tell if I have to do something about it.
