I've got tons of these guys but the population dropped when we started dosing Calcium.

Nothing will eat them. Consider them tiny canister filters for your reef. If you really dont want them remove the ones you can see. You can never get them all. I actually have them between the rocks and sand in my tank. All part the cool little things that make this hobby great.
