Mantis Trap

Anyone know how to make a good Mantis shrimp trap? I'm sure this has been discussed in the past but I can't search the forum for some reason.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...this Mantis has killed several shrimp and countless snails and red legs have disappeared.

Watch your tank at night with an incandescent black light or some other very low light source and see which rock it climbs out of, you can even bait him with a piece of fish or shrimp tied to a rock. They are pretty dependent on their little hiding spots. Generally if you find him using the low light method then either turn the lights on in the room then turn the lights on in the tank. This should scare him back into his hole. now just lift the rock out of the water and into a bucket. or Q tank
