ok i had to move my tank around due to a eel that wanted to get in the underground filter, and now i have found several small green disc with brown tenticals and they are every where one the rock, i put they so i could see them and now they are spreading, i dont have any way to get a pic but i still want to know what they are and if i need to start removing them.

How big is the oral disk ?
Also is this a reef tank or a FOWLR ?
It's possible you have Aiptasia or you could have Zooanthid Anemones but without more info it's tough to say and give you advice.

well lets see the disc is about the size of my finger nail and the rock is in a reef tank. but eather way i want to know what they are, the pic didnt work

Hmm, the pic works fine for me, though Netscape's server is a tad slow.
Since it's a reef tank with corals, if it's aiptasia or anemonia your going to have to remove them because they will overrun and sting corals. However if it's Zooanthid Anemones they are fine in reef tanks.
Here's what one species of Anemonia looks like though some have green oral disks:
